COVID-19 Preparedness & Policy

COVID-19 Preparedness & Policy, Updated 4/1/2020

To Our Valued Customers & Partners,

We want you to know that we are taking the COVID-19 virus very seriously, and our top concern is the health and welfare of our employees, vendors and customers.  Our office is actively participating in Social Distancing and regular disinfecting of surfaces in our offices, warehouse and fleet vehicles.  In an effort to abide by the precautionary guidelines put out by President Trump, the CDC and California government to stop the spread of the virus, we are tailoring our business activities as follows:

  • Our showroom and office is open, however we ask that you make an appointment to visit us so we can prepare for your arrival by ensuring Social Distancing standards can be maintained, and so we can be prepared to disinfect our showroom and office upon your departure;
  • If you have not made an appointment prior to your arrival, we ask that you give us a call at (760) 244-7884, as we are in the office; we need to be able to screen you prior to entry, and ensure that another client is not currently being attended to – we apologize for any inconvenience this causes you, but our health and welfare, as well as yours, is our top priority;
  • We are not currently scheduling any services in owner/renter occupied properties – we are doing this to ensure the health and welfare of our employees as well as our clients; emergency situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and are limited to broken glass in windows and/or doors that are leaving a property open to the elements – these are the ONLY exceptions to owner/renter occupied properties;
  • All commercial properties (repair/replacement/service/new construction) and new construction residential properties will continue to be scheduled and completed as planned and requested by our clients;
  • All repairs/orders that can be completed at our facility will continue uninterrupted, as long as an appointment is made to drop-off/pick-up, or you call our office upon your arrival for screening prior to entry;
  • Please understand that majority of our goods and materials are purchased from other vendors/suppliers, and as such, we are subject to the availability of our supply chain – at times, we are affected by backorders, damages, and human error that are beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience and understanding of these situations as they may impact our ability to provide materials from time to time, especially with the COVID-19 situation we are currently experiencing, which is beyond everyone’s control;

We truly appreciate your business, and wish you continued health during these unprecedented times.  Together, we can all do our part to ensure everyone’s health and safety.  God bless you and your families – together we will get through this and see brighter, healthier futures!
